By using the Hoopow app or API, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Creating an account confirms that you accept both.
Hoopow connects players with sports facilities in supported countries. Players may discover venues and reserve time slots. Facility owners may list venues and manage courts and bookings. Admins may moderate the marketplace.
Owners warrant that listing details (photos, prices, hours, sports) are accurate and that they have the right to offer the venue. Listings may require admin approval before they appear publicly.
Reviews may only be left for venues you have booked. We may hide or remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the venue experience.
Hoopow provides the booking platform “as is.” We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from play at a venue. Venue operators remain responsible for their premises and services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees (if any) you paid to Hoopow for the booking in question.
We may update these terms as the product evolves (including when digital payments are enabled). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
